While trying to sell his former home in Hidden Hills, Kylie Jenner is facing accusations from two of her former domestic employees. The businesswoman and socialite has been sued for harassment and abuse.
The first of the lawsuits arrived at the end of April, and now it has been reported that another former employee has filed a lawsuit that includes the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan and also non-public supervisor Itzel Sibrian, Tri Big title Companies and products, La Maison Household Companies and products and Kylie Jenner Inc..
The second woman to sue was Juana Delgado Soto, who began working on Jenner’s mansion in 2019, alleges that since 2023, work on the property began to become unbearable. The change came after Itzel Sibrian was appointed as non-public supervisor.
What is explained is that Sibrian harassed her, discriminated against her and did not comply with her salary payments. Although the abuse came from that woman, Jenner is accused of not having taken action on the case.
What is presented in the lawsuit is that in 2024 he filed a complaint with the Human Resources departmentclaiming that he made fun of her and humiliated her because of her accent. The only thing that was done was to temporarily suspend Sibrian, but he later returned to the same position.
After complaining to the department, the lawsuit states that he then left Jenner a letter to make her aware of the issue. According to Realtor.com, the letter read: “I need to express how terribly psychologically abused I am. I apologize for having informed you of all these situations; I know you would not have allowed this to happen if you had known.”
This letter led to her receiving a threat of dismissal and a warning to never try to contact the businesswoman again.
On the other hand, the first lawsuit filed by Angelica Vasquez and her lawsuit states: “She was routinely assigned the most difficult and undesirable tasks; she was excluded from the cleaning team; was publicly belittled and humiliated in front of her coworkers because of her race, national origin, and religion; and was subjected to intimidation and degrading treatment.”
