Artificial intelligence is transforming the way people search for jobs. An anonymous user on net decided to completely automate this process and claims to have achieved surprising results in a short time.

A bot that does the entire process

The case was shared by a user on a job forum, where he explained that he developed a system based on artificial intelligence capable of taking care of the entire application process.

As detailed, the program analyzed vacancies, adapted its resume and cover letters to each offer, answered specific questions from recruiters and sent applications automatically.

“I created an AI bot that analyzes candidate information, examines job descriptions, generates unique resumes and cover letters for each job, answers specific questions recruiters ask, and automatically applies to jobs,” he wrote.

The system ran continuously, even while he slept.

Results in just one month

The user assured that, thanks to this strategy, he managed to achieve around 50 interviews in just one montha figure that stands out compared to traditional job search methods.

“And all this while I was sleeping!” he added.

“In just one month, this method helped me get around 50 interviews. The personalized resumes and letters, tailored to each job description, made a big difference,” he explained.

The logic behind the experiment

The bot’s creator justified his method by pointing out that many companies already use automated systems to filter candidates, which leaves out applicants before a human reviews their profile.

For this reason, he explained that he designed his tool to overcome these automated filters, adapting each request to the criteria sought by the selection systems.

Ethical debate and reactions

The user himself acknowledged that his experiment raises important questions about the future of employment and the role of technology.

“We face a paradox: by trying to optimize the selection process, we risk losing the human element that often makes the difference in a work environment.”

“The challenge is not only technological, but also ethical and social.”

“We will have to find a delicate balance between the efficiency of artificial intelligence and the richness of human interactions.”

Online reactions were mixed. While some consider this method to reduce the authenticity of the process, others see it as a valid answer regarding the use of artificial intelligence by companies.
