A couple of months ago, Bill Cosby was sentenced to pay $59 million for sexual assault in a 1972 case, and now he has decided to try again to sell one of his properties in Unique York, New York.
The property returning to the market was taken off in December of last year and at the time it was doubted whether Cosby had changed his mind about selling it or if they were changing their strategy to attract a buyer.
It is now known that Cosby insists on getting rid of the property and now has decided to price it at $5.ninety nine million dollarsa figure well below the $6.9 million dollars it aspired to receive in April of last year.
When the property first came on the market last year, the former comedian was trying not to lose it through auction. In addition to this residence, he also sold another property in New York for $28 million dollars.
Donna Motsinger, Cosby’s victim who benefited from the new sentence, declared a few weeks ago: “I have carried the weight of what happened to me for more than 50 years. It never goes away. Today, a jury saw the truth and held him responsible. That means everything. I hope this gives strength to other survivors who are still waiting for their moment to be heard.”
It is said that with that sale the former comedian was able to cover the debts he had and that is why it was not necessary to sell the second one. However, now the sentence that forces him to pay $59 million dollars makes him try again to get rid of her.
This property for sale was purchased by Cosby and used by his late son Ennis Cosby. the house It has an area of 5,000 square feet distributed over four floors. with several bedrooms, bathrooms, hallway, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.
Although it has always been reported about its exit and entry to the market, there are no official photos that show the characteristics of the place in detail. What does stand out is its stone facade and the possibilities that the new owner has to transform to his liking.
