According to police, the attack occurred around 4:00 am in a home located in the 1500 block of College Avenueafter witnesses reported a strong argument between a man and a woman inside the house.

Upon entering the home, officers rescued a woman who was inside and conducted a security search.
During the inspection, they found the body of a second man in one of the bedrooms: Adrian Valdovinoswho had several gunshot wounds.
The researchers determined that Diaz was the ex-husband of the woman who lived in the house and who had forced his way onto the property. So far, the police version considers that he shot Valdovinos before committing suicide.
Police noted that the case remains under investigation, as for now, the exact motive that led to the attack remains unclear.
The death of Valdovinos has caused commotion among family, friends and local boxing fans. Known as “Angelo”, the young athlete was described as disciplined, talented and very close to his community.
On social networks, relatives expressed their sadness and disbelief in the case. A cousin of Diaz identified in Facebook as Marie Marie described that the event did not correspond to the personality of Vincent.
“If you knew my cousin Vincent Diazthey would know that he was a loving and caring father who was always with his daughters and would never leave them. That’s why none of this makes sense. “Two families lost,” he wrote.
