A United States Secret Service agent was arrested Monday in Miami, Florida, after being accused of indecent exposure while off duty.the authorities reported.

Identified as John Spillman had hours earlier worked outside security for President Donald Trump’s appearance Sunday at the PGA Tour’s Cadillac Championship.which was held at Trump National Doral.

According to Correctional Services Online, Spillman remained behind bars Monday in the Miami-Dade County Jail, unable to post $1,000 bail.

The 33-year-old was temporarily suspended from his duties with the Secret Service, the agency said.

The incident involving Spillman took place at the DoubleTree by Hilton Miami Airport & Convention Heart hotel on Sunday night.says an arrest report from the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office.

Hours earlier, Trump watched from a tent near the 18th hole of his golf club as players completed the final round of the Cadillac Championship.

Spillman was part of a team handling outside security for the event in question, CNBC reported.

Police announced that they attended the hotel after receiving a call about a man who was naked on the sixth floor. When they showed up, they found Spillman “masturbating at the end of the hallway.”appears in the police report.

After Spillman was arrested, a woman emerged from a nearby room and told them she had been in the hotel lobby, and Spillman followed her up the stairs to the sixth floor.

According to the report, the victim stated that they immediately entered his room because he feared for his life. “The victim saw the defendant masturbating next to his hotel room.”

The aforementioned report says that The hotel security staff went to the sixth floor and told the police that they had observed the same behavior on the part of Spillman..

U.S. Secret Service Police Chief Richard Macauley stated that the agency was aware of the arrest of an off-duty Secret Service agent by the Miami-Dade County Sheriff’s Office.

“The reported conduct is unacceptable and contrasts sharply with the professionalism and integrity that I demand of our staff,” Macauley concluded.

This agency takes these matters extremely seriously; Accordingly, the individual has been suspended from duty pending the results of this criminal matter and a full and thorough internal investigation.“, said.

Spillman’s arrest came more than a week after Secret Service agents detained a California man, Cole Tomas Allen, who allegedly shot at agents while trying to force his way through a checkpoint at the Washington Hilton hotel, one floor above where Trump was attending the White House Correspondents’ Association dinner.

The officials stated that The agent was not seriously injured, as his bulletproof vest stopped the low impact . Allen is accused of trying to assassinate the Republican president.
