Last Friday, Zayn Malik made public the decision to cancel some of the dates scheduled for his “KONNAKOL Tour”. This announcement is made weeks after he had to cancel several of his commitments when he was hospitalized.
To date, the former One Route member He has not given information about the reason why he had to be hospitalized.but everything indicates that the new cancellation of reveals has to do with the same thing.
“KONNAKOL Tour” will begin next May 23 in LondonUnited Kingdom, and will continue to Latin America with confirmed dates in Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Brazil and Peru. What has been removed from the tour are the US dates.
He made the announcement through Instagram stories, explaining the decision to his fans: “Thank you very much for all the support and love you have shown me with the release of the album and, above all, for your love, your prayers and your good wishes for my health. I have felt it and it has meant a lot to me. I have been at home recovering and I am fine; I will be better and stronger than before. I have had to reorganize my schedule for the next few months and reduce the number of concerts on the tour.”
The musician has also not included dates of his tour in Europe, in addition to the two shows they have scheduled in England.
For now It has not been explained if the reveals in the United States will be rescheduled for next year or if they will definitely not be part of this tour which is named after the album that the British musician released in April of this year. It should be remembered that during his solo career, Malik has published five albums, with “Suggestions of Mine” (2016) being the most licensed of all.
On the other hand, Malik is also preparing to star in a documentary series alongside Louis Tomlinsonwho was also his partner in One Route. This is a Netflix project and in it the two stars will be seen taking a trip along the roads of the United States. It has not yet been reported when it intends to premiere on the platform.
