Although the lack of interested parties made Davidson decide to lower the price of the site, This figure is still higher than the $1.95 million dollars he invested when purchasing it in 2023. According to “Realtor.com”, the comedian decided to sell this property because he will move with his family to Staten Island.
The listing, available on Ginnel Genuine Property’s website, represents this property as a “sophisticated country house originally built in the 1930s. Spectacular renovation with spacious loft spaces.”
